The Welcome Table: Songs of Inspiration, Mystery, and Good Times is a collection of new and previously issued recordings for listeners of all-ages. The songs, mostly from the North American gospel traditions, include Home in that Rock, Working on a Building, Himno Guadalupano, Jesus on the Mainline, Oseh Shalom, Granito de Mostaza, and two new DZ originals. Among the guests joining Dan Zanes and Friends are The Five Blind Boys of Alabama, Basya Schechter, and Jamaican family superstar Father Goose. Proceeds from The Welcome Table will benefit the New Sanctuary Movement.
